DeltaCode Studio

Terms of Service

DeltaCode Studio · Last updated: 16 July 2026

About these terms. DeltaCode ("we", "us") operates DeltaCode Studio, an internal tool we use to produce and publish short-form videos to our own YouTube channels (currently @DailyFactsDC). DeltaCode Studio is not a public service: it is operated by and for DeltaCode. These terms describe how the tool is used and the rules we hold ourselves to when using YouTube API Services.

Use of YouTube API Services

This application uses YouTube API Services. By using it we agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and our use of data received through Google APIs is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and the Google API Services User Data Policy (including its Limited Use requirements).

Permitted use

The tool is used solely to (a) upload videos we create to channels we own, and (b) read back status and performance metrics for those videos. Every video is reviewed by a person before it is published, and AI-generated / altered content is disclosed to YouTube on upload.

Prohibited use

Content responsibility

We are responsible for the content we publish through the tool, including holding the necessary rights to any footage, audio, and narration used, and for complying with YouTube's Community Guidelines and applicable law.

Data

What the tool accesses and stores, and how we handle it, is described in our Privacy Policy. Authorization tokens for our own accounts are stored encrypted and used solely to call the APIs on our behalf; access can be revoked at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

No warranty

The tool is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted at this URL with a new "last updated" date.
